Friars Primary School is proud to announce that they were recently awarded the Equal Access School Award presented by Barclays Girls’ Football School Partnerships.

Barclays Girls’ Football School Partnerships aim to develop innovative ways to deliver football for girls, improving participation from their very first experience; creating an active and confident generation of inspired female footballers, coaches, officials, leaders, activists and marketeers.

Girls’ Football at Friars happens every Friday. If you are interested in football and athletics and would like to be a part of our teams, talk to the office team.

As a result of attending a girls’ football session at school, I was chosen to play for the Southwark Tigers’!
