Friars Sports Day 2026

Welcome back to Friars Newsround and our Sports Day special edition. We had an absolutely perfect day of fun and sport today, which was thoroughly enjoyed by children, staff and parents.

A huge thank you to our amazing parents for coming along to support their children and classmates. Also to those who took up our own parents sporting challenges, which you can see at the end of this video. Take particular notice of the “Tug-of-War”, which ended up with a broken rope! The parents were trying so hard!
